General

A purchase agreement is entered between you and IGEMS AB when you receive an order confirmation (which is your receipt). IGEMS grants you permission to access and use our licenses and services only on the condition that you, a user of the services accept all of the terms contained or referenced in these Terms of Use. When You register for a Service, you will provide to IGEMS information related to your account and create log-in credentials, including an account password (“Account Information”). You agree that you will always keep your Account Information complete, accurate, and up to date. You also agree that You will not create Account Information for a third party who is not authorized to access the Services.

Prices and payment

All applicable prices for products and payment options are available on the website. IGEMS has the right to withhold an order until payment has been processed and approved. Prices are stated in the following currencies available on our website: USD($) and EUR(€). Within the European union, vat is applied, and the rate is presented upon checkout. Our CAD/CAM licenses are subscriptions, and this means that if you have chosen to pay yearly, they will automatically be renewed after one year. One month before you will receive an e-mail about the coming transaction on your card. If the payment is denied, we will of course give you a heads up and if it is still not paid after 2 weeks we reserve the right to turn off the license. Prices for IGEMS software are subject to change. We will update the yearly fee based on HICP index.

Delivery/Downloads

When you have made a purchase and the payment has gone through, you will receive an e-mail with information about how to create an account and download the license. You will be able to administrate your account at any time.

Customer service

if you have any questions or concerns regarding purchase of products, please contact our customer support at support@igems.se As part of our service, to be able to give you the best technical support and troubleshooting process, we will save your contact information and purchase history during a period equivalent to what we consider the product’s reasonable lifespan to be. If you have technical questions regarding the software, you shall contact your reseller. Free support from your reseller is included in the subscription licenses.

Changes to this document

IGEMS AB reserves the right to change and make additions to these terms and conditions at any time. You are bound by the terms and conditions valid at the time of your purchase. Changes and additions of these terms and conditions are valid for all purchases made after publication at igems.se
