Intersect2d.RegionEllipse Method

Namespace: IGS.Genamo

Appends point of intersection between a region and an ellipses/elliptical arc. This is solved numerically and has an angular error of max epsilon radians from object centers where region segments are arcs. Linear poly segments are intersected exactly against the ellipse.

e: Ellipse2d

The ellipse to intersect.

Return Value

List<Point2d>

The number of intersections found. This is the same as the number of points appended to the output list.
