Poly2d.Split (IEnumerable<Double>) Method

Splits the polygon into sub-polygons at a list of parameters in the range 0-1. The parameter list does _not_ need to be sorted. Any points outside the polygon are ignored. If the number of points on the polygon is N, the number of polys returned is exactly N+1.
