Time to gain

Having complete control of your rapids can certainly give you less time on the machine. That’s why our latest update on the 5-Axis CAM involves rapids. We made it a stand alone command in 3D-5X where you have more flexibility than before and can change the rapids more easily.

Take the image above for example. The standard rapid height is set in the machine settings. Whereas the custom rapid height is defined by a value in the Rapid command.

Each individual rapid can be modified by height or along planes by clicking and dragging the rapids.
